About Me
Pavan R. Saridena, M. D. joined Magnolia Health Systems in July, 2009. He is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. His numerous professional associations include American College of Physicians, American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and American Neurogastroenterology and Motility Society. Dr. Saridena's medical education began with medical school in India and was finally completed when he finished his fellowship at Bridgeport Hospital at Yale University in 2008. His East Texas journey began in 2002 where he served as a hospitalist with Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview.
As Dr. Saridena has just completed his GI fellowship at a renowned teaching hospital, he is current on the latest ideas and technology. He focuses on the treatment of conditions, disease and disorders of the digestive system and intestinal tract.
Dr. Saridena looks forward to community involvement; he and his wife Pranita have a three-year-old son Aman. The Saridena family has recently purchased a house in Palestine and plan to make East Texas their home.
