About Me
Larry E. Burch, D.O. opened his medical practice in Elkhart in April, 1981. Dr. Burch is board certified in Family Practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin and attended medical school at North Texas State University Health Sciences Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Burch served a one year rotating internship at Grand Rapids Osteopathic Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Previously, he served as Chief of Staff for both Memorial Hospital and Trinity Valley Medical Center (now Palestine Regional Medical Center) in Palestine, Texas. Dr. Burch is currently the Medical Director of Soloris Hospice in Palestine, Texas.
Marian Montoya-Chick, A.P.R.N., joined his practice in April, 2004. Marian is a certified nurse practitioner, who is bilingual and fluent in Spanish. The focus of his practice is family and preventative medicine. He is an avid outdoorsman that enjoys hunting, fishing and living in East Texas. Dr. Burch and his wife Mimi reside in Elkhart. They have three children, Joshua, Cara and Zachary.
